Instructions:
- Prepare the Glass:

- Dip the rim into TajÃn seasoning or salt to coat. Set the glass aside.
- Muddle the Jalapeño:
- In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh jalapeño slices.
- Muddle them gently with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their oils and spice.
- Mix the Margarita:
- Add the tequila, fresh lime juice, Cointreau (or triple sec), and agave syrup into the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Strain and Serve:
- Strain the margarita into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a dried lime slice.
- Enjoy:
- Sip and savor the perfect blend of citrusy sweetness and spicy kick!
Tips:
- For an extra-spicy margarita, muddle more jalapeño slices or add a dash of jalapeño-infused tequila.
- If you prefer a milder spice level, remove the seeds from the jalapeño before muddling.
